Application for a licence to operate a riding establishment under Riding Establishments Act 1964
This service lets you submit a form and its related documentation online.
this licence is required under the Riding Establishments Act 1964. Stables that hire out horses or ponies for riding or instruction must be licensed under the Riding Establishments Act 1964. Veterniary fees will be added to the application cost. Every horse/pony that is to be used for riding or instruction will undergo a veterinary inspection to ensure that they are in good health and physically fit for the purpose.
You will have to register or log in to apply online. Where the form asks for signatures, you may either use an electronic signature if you have one, or if not, leave these sections of the form blank.
